Our Policies Are As Follows*:
Deposits: At the time of booking completion the cost of the first night's stay of the current reservation (tax included) will be charged to the provided credit/debit card. The remainder of the cost of the stay (tax included), if any, will be automatically charged to the provided debit/credit card two weeks (14 days) prior to the date of your reserved stay. If for whatever reason the remaining balance cannot be charged to the payment method provided for the initial deposit, we will send an e-mail notifying you, if a new payment method is not provided within 3 days of the notice being sent, then the reservation will be cancelled and the initial deposit will be refunded in full.
Cancellation Policy: You have two weeks (14 Days) from the date of your reserved arrival to make any changes, or cancellations to your reservation. If you fail to cancel or change your reservation before two weeks (14 Days) prior to your reserved dates we will charge the provided credit/debit card for the full amount of the reserved stay. If you do choose to cancel your reservation before the two week (14 Days) period prior to your reserved stay we will refund any and all deposits.
Refund Policy: Refunds will only be provided for deposits of reservations that are cancelled prior to the two week (14 Day) period outlined above. Refunds will be provided via a credit back to the original payment method and cardholder, if for whatever reason a credit to the original payment method cannot be completed a refund will be made via a check sent in the mail.
Check In and Check Out Times: Check In time is at 2:00 PM AKDT and Check Out time is 10:00 AM AKDT, please check in and out at the appropriate times to allow us to prepare the cabins for your and other guests' arrival. Cabin Keys may be left in the cabin upon check-out, or brought to the office.
Damages to Cabin Property: We reserve the right to charge any and all guests the cost of rectifying damage(s) caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest or associate(s) of the guests, to the cabin(s) property or structure(s). Should any damage be realized after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the address on file for the registered guest(s).
Removal of Cabin Property: We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by them or associate(s) of the guests without consent. The charge will be for the full replacement cost of the missing item, including any carriage charges. Should the fact that the item is missing comes to the realization after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest's credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the address on file for the registered guest(s).
Pet Policy: We do allow pets, but a pet service fee of $15.00 per night will be added to the total amount of your stay. Failure to disclose that a pet will be brought into a registered guest's cabin will result in an automatic minimum $100.00 charge to the credit/debit card on file for the registered guest(s).
Smoking Policy: We do not allow smoking of any kind in any of the cabins, if you do decide to smoke outside, please be mindful of your waste and dispose of cigarette butts, etc. properly. An automatic $100.00 fee is imposed for abusing this policy and will be charged directly to the credit/debit card on file for the registered guest(s).

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfil your request, e.g. to ship an order.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

We are open during the Summer season from May 15th to September 15th each year. These dates are flexible and can be adjusted upon special request, just be sure to contact us to make arrangements.
During our oeprational season we are open for business 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
